2009 has passed and the new year is upon us. If you don’t remember what happened the last 365 days, click here to see JibJab’s annual YouTube ”Year in Review” for a 2 minute recap. 

What better way to ring in the New Year than by making your neighbors and friends jealous? We’re clearing out the old to make room for the new. Granted, it’s not THAT old, you only benefit! If you haven’t fluffed your Sac, here are a few visual aids to help you:

1.  When you take the Sac out of the duffel bag, it will explode. Just kidding. Remove the Sac and the plastic covering and follow the fluffing directions on the side of the duffel.

 2. Do not get frustrated. This is a bonding time between you and your Sac. It is a little time consuming, but you know that it will be worth it in the end. As with anything, if you take the time to do things 100% from the beginning, you won’t have to fix it later. RELAX!

 3. Once the Sac is fluffed, you can sit, jump, and catapult whatever you want into it. Just give it a couple days to stay naked (coverless) so the foam can fully fill up with air and breathe a little bit. After those couple days, put the cover on the Sac, so it doesn’t get cold. (PROTIP: Place the bottom seam of the cover across the top tag of the insert, then zip the cover down towards yourself, rotating the Sac until it is fully covered.)

You may get anxious to cover your Sac, but be patient, the time will come.

Thanksgiving is in a couple days, and that’s great and all, but everyone knows Christmas is the reason for the season, and at your place and ours, It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year! The tree’s up, the tunes are on, the boxes are out, we have SANTA HATS, and we are SO ready!! But we know not everyone feels that way.

So I (Alyx) just recently returned from the first annual ManagerFest at our home office in Stamford, CT. I met  the most awesome people I could ever hope to work with, and I learned more than I could put in a blog if you would care to read it. But enough of that…

The best part of ManagerFest 2009 was exploring NYC on a no-holds-bar scavenger hunt. Jeremy (Capital Market Mgr) took his clothes off (for points, not money..this time), our team danced in front of Radio City, fortunately Liz knew where the heck she was going (we didn’t), and I discovered that Chuck Taylors WILL give you blisters if you’re running through NYC.
